The CBT Clinic’s Treatment Philosophy: Effective and Efficient

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) released statistics in February 2022 which suggested that Australian citizens on average were waiting between 3-6 months for a psychology session from the point of referral to seeing their Psychologist of choice. Alex decidedly utilises the one-session-at-a-time model, so he is never booked out months and months in advance. This tried and true system of efficiency allows him to take on new clients and see them quickly compared to the national average whilst also being able to service existing clients effectively.
