The CBT Clinic faces the large 2 hour free car park behind the shops on the Warners Bay Esplanade strip. It is situated between Hippo Espresso’s rear entrance and Terry White Chemist, alongside InFocus Radiology, and the GP practice Providence Medical Centre. Enter through the door (highlighted in the red circle [see picture]) which is labelled “H+ Consulting Suites” and either head up the stairs or take the elevator to Level 1 - once you get to the top go through the glass doors on your left (pictured). There is a digital receptionist in the middle of the waiting area for you to enter your details so Alex will be notified that you have arrived for your scheduled appointment. Once you have completed this process, please take a seat and Alex will come to greet you. Note: the practice email and phone are not monitored 24/7. Alex will do his best to respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
